Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd. established a trade union

Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd was established on March 08th, 2010 under the decision of the Traphaco JSC’s Board of Director and was officially put into operation on July 1st, 2017. Out of 138 employees, 124 employees were union members transferred from Traphaco Joint Stock Company, 13 new employees were recruited from Traphaco Hung Yen have not joined the union.

After the inauguration, Federation Labor of Van Lam district and Traphaco’s Executive Board had supported and directed Traphaco Hung Yen to establish a trade union. 13 newly-recruited employees voluntarily applied to join.

On Dec 26th 2017, Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd held a conference to establish the company's union.

The establishment of Trade Union of Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd is to build a good relationship between workers and managers in the company in order to have better productivity and to actively contribute to socio-economic development.

At the meeting, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union with 5 members. The Committee will perform an important task of representing workers’ legitimate rights and benefits. On the other hand, the Unions have to support the enterprise, encouraging workers to increase productivity for a higher income and better living standards.

The delegates got consensus on the agenda for Trade Union Committee of Traphaco Hung Yen Co., Ltd. with the specific objectives which promise fruitful results in the year coming.
