Traphaco - Top 10 famous brands in 2017

On August 24, 2017, the award ceremony of the Famous Trademark – Competitive Brand 2017 program took place at the Au Co Art Center - No.8 Huynh Thuc Khang Street - Ba Dinh District – Hanoi.

The program is under the framework of the “Famous - Competitive Brand Consulting and Selecting Program 2017" held by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association, The Big One Vietnam with the sponsorship and participation of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Institute, Vietnam Retailers Association, and Digital Media Association.

Ms. Dao Thuy Ha - Head of Traphaco’s Marketing Department - received the certificate and logo of the Top 10 famous brand 2017.

At the ceremony, Traphaco was honored for the seventh consecutive time with the Top 10 famous brand. A well-known brand is a brand that satisfies the criteria under Article 75 of the Intellectual Property Law 2005: Priority is given to in evaluating brands of products that are unique, fast-growing, with strong market impact; the main export product; products are preferred in the market of developed economies; Individuals and legal persons of the brands that meet the criteria on competitiveness, quality management of products and services; friendly production and environmental protection; well implementing the Labor Law, taking initiative in overcoming difficulties; Fully fulfilling tax obligations; actively participating in social activities.

Vietnam's competitive brands must satisfy more than 2/3 of the above criteria and for one third of the remaining criteria, they must meet the 50% requirement under Article 75 of the Intellectual Property Law 2005: Priority is given to brands that are competitive in the country and foreign markets; Individuals and legal persons of the brands that meet the criteria on competitiveness, quality management of products and services; friendly production and environmental protection; well implementing the Labor Law, taking initiative in overcoming difficulties; Fully fulfilling tax obligations; actively participating in social activities

Traphaco currently has more than 210 registered drugs in the market, of which 70% of products are made from natural materials. Major contribution to revenues of Traphaco is drugs made of herbal plants, such as Boganic and Cebraton, which are currently the 4th and 13th products in the top 20 most OTC drugs in the market.
