Traphaco signed a strategic partnership with Westland - Pure Nutrition

On January 18, 2018, a contract of strategic cooperation between Traphaco and Westland - Pure Nutrition was signed in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Accordingly, Traphaco will be the exclusive distributor of New Zealand Gold, a milk formula for children and pregnant women, and other products of Westland in the Vietnamese market.

Attending the ceremony, on the side of Traphaco, were Mr. Tran Tuc Ma, CEO of Traphaco and Mr. Nguyen Duy Vinh, Director of Import and Export of Traphaco. On the side of New Zealand, there were Mr. Phillip Gibson, Mayor of Christchurch, Mr. Mark Lockington, Former New Zealand’s Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Terry Wu, Westland Secretary General, Mr. Micheal Curry, CEO of Pure Nutrition, the CEO of of New Zealand Gold Foods and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of New Zealand, and the Department of Trade Promotion and Enterprise of New Zealand.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma said that the cooperation with Westland has marked the milestone for Traphaco's plan in 2018 and is in line with the development strategy of the Traphaco until 2020 to increase the proportion of imported goods and to promote the trademark strength of Traphaco. The strategic cooperation with Westland - Pure Nutrition is also part of the vision and mission of Traphaco, which is to become the pioneer in bringing a green, healthy and natural supply chain to the Vietnamese children and  people - specifically, dairy products.

As the connector of the two enterprises, Ms Karlene Davis - Consul General of New Zealand in Ho Chi Minh City appreciated the cooperation of mutual benefits between Traphaco and Westland, and said that the partnership between these two big names not only makes the most use of the competitive edges of both companies, but more importantly, contributes to the strengthening of each side, with the aim of bringing to the market of Vietnam quality and trust-worthy products.
