On November 16th, 2022, in Hanoi, Traphaco Joint Stock Company was honored in the ranking of "Typical Enterprise for Employees 2022" for the Company's contributions in constantly improving the working environment, important focus on taking care of employees' lives, building a healthy corporate culture environment in recent years.

This year's program applies the strict set of criteria to evaluate the achievements of enterprises in the period of 2020-2021 and the first 6 months of 2022, reviewed by the inspection system of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Labor Confederations of provincial, city and central trade unions, VCCI Employers' Office and survey of local Labor newspaper reporters.
