PRESENTATION: Box of 1, 2, 5 blister packs x 20 film-coated tablets.

INGREDIENTS: Each tablet contains: Polyscias fruticosa root concentrate 5:1 (Extractum Radix Polysciacis spissum) -150 mg. Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (Extractum Folii Ginkgo siccus) - 5 mg (Total Flavonoid content 24%). Excipients (Microcrystalline cellulose, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Sodium starch glycolate, Magnesium stearate, Talc, HPMC, PEG 6000, Titanium dioxide, Red iron oxide, Activated carbon) are sufficient.

INDICATIONS: Prevention and treatment of the following diseases:

1. Memory loss, nervous tension, poor concentration.

2. Vestibular syndrome with symptoms: headache, dizziness, vertigo, loss of balance.

3. Reduced brain function: memory loss, nervous breakdown.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: People who are sensitive to any ingredient of the drug. Do NOT use for pregnant. People with blood disorders, menorrhagia, people with bleeding. People with acute cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction, people with schizophrenia, people with congenital intellectual disability.

DOSAGE AND HOW TO USE:

*Adults: take 2 - 3 tablets/time x 2 - 3 times/day.

*Children: take 1 pill/time x 2 - 3 times/day.

ADVERSE EFFECTS: There have been no reports of adverse drug reactions. Immediately notify your doctor or pharmacist of any adverse reactions you encounter when using the drug.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Do not use with blood thinners.

USE FOR PREGNANCY AND LACTATION: Not for use by pregnant women. Can be used by breastfeeding women.
