Meeting and wishing the New Year for retired officials, Tan Suu Spring 2021

On the morning of January 29^th, 2021, Traphaco Joint Stock Company solemnly held a meeting to wish the New Year for retired cadres of Tan Suu Spring, 2021. Welcoming retired cadres at the meeting, there were Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the company with the Party Committee, Member of the Trade Union, Youth Union and representatives of departments. The meeting was honored to welcome retired officers from Traphaco, Traphaco CNC, Traphaco Hung Yen, and Traphaco Sapa.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Party Committee Secretary, General Director sent New Year greetings to all Traphacor retired officials and gave a preliminary report on the results that Traphaco achieved in the past year. 2020 is a year with many changes, fluctuations and challenges. The COVID-19 epidemic was complicated, making many economic activities significantly reduced. The purchasing power of the people decreased, the pharmaceutical market in general and pharmaceutical companies in particular were severely affected. Statistics show that pharmaceutical companies maintained growth momentum in Q1 due to taking advantage of the opportunity for increased demand for health care products due to epidemics. However, by the end of Q2, most of pharmaceutical companies witnessed a decline in revenue and profit. The pharmaceutical companies listed on the stock exchange only increased slightly in profit, equivalent to 2% and decreased 4% in revenue compared to the same period. In 2020, Traphaco initially successfully built Traphaco Culture in the new phase; deploying a series of training and communication activities to all levels in the company, activating a change in thinking and action in order to optimize the capacity of Traphaco's team in the coming time.

With the solutions implemented in 2020, Traphaco has achieved major targets such as:

• Consolidated profit reached 203 billion VND, exceeding 13% of the plan (180 billion VND), increased 19% compared to 2019. Company profit reached 157 billion VND, exceeding 19% of the plan (132 billion VND), increased 33% compared to 2019.
• Generic medicine revenue reached 578 billion ~ 102% of the plan (567 billion), increased 7.2% compared to 2019 (538 billion), far from the growth target of 20% in the period 2020-2025. Sales of traditional medicines still maintained the growth momentum of 19%.
• Breakthrough with new products, deploying 19 products to the market on schedule, contributing 55 billion VND in revenue.
• Average income in 2020 increased 20% over the same period, reaching over 20 million VND / person / month

On behalf of Traphaco retired cadres, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuyet - Former Chairman of the Board of Directors congratulated the achievements of the Board of Directors and employees of the company in 2020 and especially the support of the Board of Directors for Traphaco retirement cadres activities. In 2021, the Association will continue to maintain its existing and ongoing activities and expand to many other activities. Traphaco Retirement Officer Association also wishes to continue receiving the support of the company's Board of Directors in the coming years.

Also at the ceremony, Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared about Traphaco's strategic goals in 2021 as well as in the following years to help Traphaco retirees partly understand the company's orientation in the future and continue to be a part of the big Traphaco family. She also affirmed that generations of Traphaco staff are continuing the traditions of previous generations, always remember and promoting all the achievements of Traphaco as well as striving to maintain the position of the No. 1 pharmaceutical brand in Vietnam.
