Traphaco Joint Stock Company Celebrates the 53rd Anniversary of Its Traditional Day

A call for unity to support flood-affected communities in Central Vietnam set the tone for the ceremony

On the morning of November 28, 2025, in Hà Nội, Traphaco Joint Stock Company hosted the 53rd Anniversary Ceremony of its Traditional Day. The event provided an opportunity for the entire system to reflect on more than half a century of development, honor the steadfast contributions of generations of employees, and reaffirm the company’s commitment to innovation in its next phase of growth. The ceremony continued the vibrant spirit of November’s gratitude-themed activities, including sports tournaments, cultural events, the contest “Hoạt huyết dưỡng não trong tôi là…”, and thousands of interactions from employees nationwide via livestream.

The ceremony was honored to welcome representatives of the Yên Sở Ward Party Committee, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board, as well as former company leaders across different periods. More than 1,300 employees and collaborators nationwide also joined the event via livestream, sharing the same enthusiastic atmosphere.

The year 2025 marked significant achievements for Traphaco across business performance, corporate governance, R&D, and sustainable development. Consolidated revenue was estimated at VND 2,600 billion, up 9.7%, and profit after tax reached an estimated VND 275 billion, fulfilling 102.6% of the annual plan. Traphaco continued to uphold its leading position in Vietnam’s herbal pharmaceutical market, and was recognized among the Top 10 Best Places to Work in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Equipment Industry and the Top 10 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (CSI 2025). With its eighth consecutive year in the CSI Top 10, Traphaco was honored with the CSI Star Award, reaffirming its long-term commitment to sustainable development. Average employee income increased by 18.7%, while subsidiaries and affiliated units exceeded their business targets.

R&D and technology transfer continued to be major highlights, with 316 dossiers submitted or announced, 14 new products launched, and 17 bioequivalent drugs. The company also expanded 11 GACP-WHO-certified herbal cultivation areas and advanced the EU-GMP factory project in Hưng Yên. In parallel, the restructuring of the distribution system into a centralized model, the acceleration of digital transformation, and the application of AI in testing and operations helped improve efficiency, optimize resources, and shorten decision-making time. CSR activities remained consistently implemented, particularly in supporting employees, pharmacy partners, and herbal-growing communities affected by the floods in Central Vietnam.

In her opening address, CEO Đào Thúy Hà emphasized that Traphaco’s 53-year journey is a testament to the courage, perseverance, and dedication of generations of Traphaco people. She called on all employees to cultivate an innovative mindset, take decisive action, and maintain discipline in daily work. According to the CEO, Speed – Creativity – Discipline will serve as the three core values that create new momentum for Traphaco as it moves toward becoming a high-tech, efficiently operated, and sustainably managed pharmaceutical enterprise.

Mr. Trần Túc Mã – Member of the Board of Directors, Former Secretary of the Party Committee, and Former CEO – also shared heartfelt reflections on Traphaco’s more than 25 years of modernization. He emphasized that the company’s most significant milestones have always been tied to its pioneering spirit, bold decision-making, and commitment to scientific and technological advancement. With strong confidence in the next generation of leadership and the solid foundation already established, he expressed his belief that Traphaco will continue to pursue innovation, accelerate AI application, elevate manufacturing standards toward EU-GMP, and maintain its position as a frontrunner in Vietnam’s pharmaceutical industry.

Delivering directives on behalf of local authorities, Mr. Giang Chí Trung – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Yên Sở Ward Party Committee – acknowledged Traphaco’s significant contributions to local socio-economic development. He affirmed that the company has consistently been a reliable pillar of the community and a model in Party work, business operations, and social responsibility. He also reaffirmed the Ward Party Committee’s commitment to accompanying Traphaco, facilitating administrative conditions, ensuring local security, and supporting the company’s stable and sustainable growth in the years ahead.

The 53rd Anniversary Ceremony was also an occasion to honor outstanding teams and individuals who have made significant contributions to the company. Awards from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union were presented to exemplary collectives and individuals. Notably, 25 employees celebrating 25 years of service were honored—individuals who have devoted their careers to Traphaco and become symbols of resilience and long-lasting dedication. The Organizing Committee also announced the Top 20 Emulation Programs of 2025 and the Top 20 Outstanding Individuals of 2025, recognizing innovation, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility across the organization.

Within the framework of the ceremony, Traphaco provided updates on its relief efforts for flood-affected regions in Central Vietnam, including support for affected employees, product exchanges for flooded pharmacies, and assistance to herbal-cultivation communities. The company also launched a fundraising initiative across its entire system. These timely actions demonstrated Traphaco’s commitment to compassion and community responsibility.

The ceremony concluded with profound pride and a strong sense of unity among employees. More than half a century of development has laid a solid foundation for Traphaco to continue its mission of “creating green products to care for human health” and to remain steadfast on its path of sustainable development. With collective determination, Traphaco enters 2026 with renewed energy, unwavering ambition, and a commitment to elevating its brand value while contributing meaningfully to community health.
