Traphaco awarded in the Top 10 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam for the 8th time and honored the “CSI Star”

On December 5, 2025, in Hà Nội, Traphaco Joint Stock Company was honored in the Top 10 Sustainable Companies in Vietnam 2025 (CSI 2025) in the manufacturing category. Organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD), the event marks the 10th anniversary of the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) Program. In 2025, the program continued to refine the CSI Index with 145 indicators, incorporating materiality assessment and the application of artificial intelligence in the evaluation process, thereby enhancing the standardization and transparency of sustainability measurement.

The ceremony brought together representatives of central ministries, government agencies, business organizations, and experts from Vietnam and abroad. Hồ Đức Phớc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the National Council for Sustainable Development, attended the event, delivered guiding remarks, and presented congratulatory flowers to VCCI in celebration of the program’s 10-year milestone. Representing Traphaco, Chief Executive Officer Đào Thúy Hà attended and received the prestigious award.

In his opening remarks, Hồ Sỹ Hùng – Chairman of VCCI and Head of the CSI 2025 Steering Committee – emphasized that in the trajectory of Vietnamese enterprises, the link between “development” and “responsibility” has never been as inseparable as it is today. He noted that the CSI Program is entering a new phase in which it will not only assess businesses but also serve as an ecosystem that drives sustainable transformation.

This is the eighth time Traphaco has been honored in the Top 10 of the manufacturing sector, reaffirming sustainable development as a core strategic pillar of the company’s more than half-century journey. With this achievement, Traphaco also received the “CSI Star” title for the 2016-2025 period, which recognizes enterprises with sustained excellence and contributions throughout the 10 years of the CSI Program.

With 53 years of development, Traphaco operates four GMP-WHO-certified factories, 11 GACP-WHO medicinal herb zones, and a nationwide distribution network. The company’s research and development capabilities have been strengthened through technology transfer and international cooperation, contributing to the sustained market leadership of key products such as Boganic, Hoạt huyết dưỡng não, and Tottri. Guided by a sustainable development strategy, Traphaco has built an integrated value chain, applied transparent governance practices, and maintained high-quality standards, enabling stable growth despite fluctuations in market conditions and regulatory environments.

Traphaco’s 2025 financial outlook indicates consolidated revenue growth of 9.7%, exceeding the target by more than VND 40 billion; after-tax profit reaching 103% of plan; and employee income increasing nearly 19%. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the company’s strategy of “Premium Traditional Herbal Medicine – High-Quality Modern Pharmaceuticals” combined with ongoing innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

Speaking at the ceremony, General Director Đào Thúy Hà expressed her honor as Traphaco has been included eight times in the Top 10 Sustainable Companies in Vietnam. She emphasized that this recognition reflects the company’s efforts to build a development strategy that balances economic benefits with community welfare and environmental stewardship. She added that Traphaco has adopted the CSI Index as a reference tool to regularly review and strengthen its governance system in accordance with ESG standards, enabling the company to proactively assess, refine, and implement strategies effectively—even amid a volatile business environment—while preserving brand value and core principles.

Looking ahead to 2026, Traphaco will continue to enhance quality control, with a key focus on the EU-GMP Hưng Yên manufacturing project; accelerate technology transfer to shorten the cycle from research to commercialization; and expand the application of artificial intelligence in corporate governance and operations. These objectives reinforce the company’s long-term strategy to strengthen competitiveness, broaden its high-quality product portfolio, and pursue a sustainable growth model.

Traphaco’s continued presence in the Top 10 CSI 2025 and its receipt of the “CSI Star” title underscore the company’s steadfast commitment to sustainable development and its contribution to advancing modern governance models within the Vietnamese business community.
