On the morning of January 13th, 2020, Traphaco Joint Stock Company solemnly held a meeting to wish the New Year Retirement Officers for the Lunar New Year, 2020. Welcoming retired officers at the meeting were Mrs. Vu Thi Thuan - Chairman of the BOD, Mr. Tran Tuc Ma - Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company with the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Executive Board of Trade Union, Youth Union and representatives of departments. The meeting was honored to welcome 109 retired officers Traphaco, Traphaco CNC, Traphaco Hung Yen and Traphaco Sapa.

Closing in 2019, 2020 is a full of challenging and opportunities year that requires highly solidarity and determination of the company leadership, the managers and every employees. This will be a new development phase of Traphaco, when the main task of Traphaco will continue to be implemented with 5 major solutions of the corporate governance year in 2019 and communication to build new period Traphaco culture.

On October 7, 2019, Traphaco JSC held a Launching Ceremony of New Zealand Gold milk product line which is imported from New Zealand and be exclusively distributed in Vietnam market by Traphaco JSC.

In the morning of September 26th, 2019, Traphaco JSC holds the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting takes place with 02 main contents: Elect 01 additional Board member and approve the adjustment of production and business plan in 2019

Traphaco Joint Stock Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 sets a target of consolidated revenue of VND2.16 trillion ($93.91 million) with after tax profit of VND205 billion ($8.9 million). On March 28, 2019, Traphaco JSC (code: TRA) successfully organised the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM). The meeting approved the business plan for 2019 with consolidated revenue target reached VND2.16 trillion ($93.91 million), up 15 per cent and consolidated profit after tax reached VND205 billion ($8.9 million), an increase of 30 per cent compared to 2018.

In the morning of March 28th, 2019, Traphaco Joint Stock Company held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2019. The Meeting passed through the report on the production and business activities in 2018 and the orientation of the year 2019, financial report of 2018, report on profit distribution plan, dividend payment for 2018 ... and many other important reports.

In the spring of every year, the Vietnamese physician class remembers and offers incense to commemorate the greatest doctor Hai Thuong Lan Ong - Le Huu Trac. He has contributed to Vietnamese medicine, including “Nam Medicine”, inheriting the excellent career of "Vietnam’s Pharmacists treat Vietnamese" of Tue Tinh meditation master.
