Over the course of nearly six months, Traphaco participated in and supported IC Master 2025 – the Talented Communicators Competition – as students explored, developed, and presented communication concepts centered around Net Zero, a sustainability direction increasingly embraced by the younger generation.
On 30 November, the competition—jointly organized by the Faculty of Communication and International Culture of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and Net Zero Vietnam JSC—held its Final Round. Throughout this year’s journey, Traphaco served as one of the organizations accompanying the event, contributing a case study, sharing insights into its operations, and providing practical materials that informed students’ research and creative execution.

The 13th season of IC Master, themed “GREENIUS – Shift the Track Forward,” attracted more than 200 teams and nearly 1,000 students nationwide. Its orientation encouraged participants to approach communication within the broader context of sustainable development and environmental responsibility—an alignment with Vietnam’s national commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050. As the Pharmaceutical Case Partner, Traphaco introduced the challenge “The Green Path to Better Health,” inviting students to explore evolving consumer expectations as the pharmaceutical sector moves toward greener practices and responsible consumption. The competition also offered Traphaco an opportunity to present aspects of its sustainability strategy and to gain insight into how the new generation perceives and communicates environmental themes.
Throughout the competition, Traphaco collaborated with the organizers and participating teams across multiple activities, including case development, evaluation, feedback sessions, and technical discussions. A notable highlight was the Master Tour, during which students visited Traphaco’s GACP-WHO–certified Polyscias fruticosa cultivation zone. The visit provided a comprehensive view of clean cultivation methods, quality-control practices, and the foundational role of standardized raw materials in Traphaco’s sustainable herbal-medicine strategy. This experience offered students a grounded understanding from which to develop more informed and authentic communication concepts.

After winning the Pharmaceutical Case to enter the Top 4, the team Fail To WinX delivered one of the most noteworthy presentations in the Final Round. Their project explored the relationship between individual health and environmental well-being, presenting Traphaco and its portfolio of premium, modern, sustainably developed herbal products as a suitable companion to green and healthy living. Their deliverables—including a viral video, user survey, AR filter game, and interactive minigame—demonstrated thoughtful preparation and strong creative execution. The team’s youthful approach and practical deployment earned them the Second Prize of the competition.

For Traphaco, its participation in IC Master served as an opportunity to further reflect upon and reinforce its long-standing sustainability orientation: balancing business objectives with social responsibility and environmental protection. The company remains committed to developing clean herbal raw materials, investing in standardized cultivation zones, advancing circular-economy research, and contributing progressively to Vietnam’s Net Zero roadmap. Through the competition, Traphaco gained valuable insights into how young people interpret and articulate sustainability topics, thereby providing meaningful reference for the company’s future communication and development initiatives.
The dedication demonstrated by students throughout IC Master 2025 underscores the potential for the Net Zero mindset to become a natural and intrinsic value among the new generation. Traphaco believes that the conscious choices made by young people today will contribute to significant societal transitions in the years ahead. As such, the company looks forward to continuing to accompany and support the younger generation in shaping and promoting green values within the community.
